Pfaltzgraff glazed earthenware dishes are still popular today although they are not sold in brick and mortar stores anymore, they are only sold online since 2009. Some of their older pattern like Yorktowne Blue are still quite sought after. Pfaltzgraff was sold in high end department stores like Macy’s and G. Fox.
This particular pattern is called Naturewood and is quite pretty. These three plates are available at my booth at the Almonte Antique Market, 26 Mill Street, Almonte, ON, just 20 minutes west of the city of Ottawa. Open 7 days a week from 10 to 5pm.
The cream and sugar dishes are made by McIntosh and the pattern is called White Rose. Also available at my booth currently.
Update: Please note the Pfaltzgraff plates are now SOLD!!
Yeah!! Your’re back. I’m guessing from this post that the flea market is open?
My daughter collects Naturewood and I would love to purchase them. Don’t know when we will make it to Almonte though…still living pretty close to home. Perhaps shipping or Ottawa pickup?? Any ideas – I could send an etransfer to hold them.
Hope you and yours are all well. I’ve missed my little outings to flea markets etc.
You made my day with this post. Maybe things will return to at least some old, familiar ways.

Hi Marilyn. Things are starting to return to some semblance of normal at the store with all the precautions in place of course. I went to Almonte today and picked up the dishes for you. The small square plates are $8 each and the oblong one is $15. Total is $31. Email me and we can set up the shipping and payment details. afacette@gmail.com
